All items are subject to prior sale so please confirm with us that the item is still available. We cannot hold any items. Please email us with the name of the item in your email so we are sure of the item you are inquiring about.
Payment
We accept cash, check and money orders.
Shipping
You can pick up your item in Culver City. Delivery charge is $50 per trip in the Los Angeles area within 15 miles. At this time we do not ship our items, but we can deliver to the nearest UPS or FedEx with a delivery charge of $25 that will be added to the suggested price in the event you would like to have something shipped.
Returns/Damages
Returns on vintage items are not accepted unless it can be shown that Turquoise has incorrectly or erroneously described an item. Please be sure of your purchase. If there is any damage to your item (caused by shipping or delivery) you must make a claim directly with your shipping/delivery carrier. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier and by the recipient.
